Hailing from the island of St. Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands, I currently reside in Northern Virginia. I am a mother, confidant and client support guru with over 15 years of customer support and client management skills. My experience of supporting and overseeing the needs of shareholders spans the private sector, local and federal governments for individual contracts of $1M+ in revenue.

Meeting customer satisfaction is not enough. Rather, the goal should be to surpass their expectations. In the long run, retaining loyal customers is less expensive than obtaining new ones.

In addition to providing exceptional support and client management, I am the owner of SweetHart Bake Shop and C.O.A.T Designs. I enjoy sharing my creative skills with my own customers while breathing life into their visions.
